I recently had significant back surgery, all long my spine from my hair line to my mid back. My pain emanates from my neck and shoulder. I bought the rectangular shaped paincakes. I think I'm going to get the circular Paincakes. I think they'll stay on my skin longer than the rectangular Paincakes. Without that different shape I can't really give a glowing report on the paincakes because the rectangles don't stay on me very long and I move around too much.
