I love pain cakes! It's fabulous that you can stick them anywhere for pain relief. If only they would stay cold longer.
I love the fact that it can stick to my back without a strap. Makes it so much easier to apply than my old pack.
Put the paincake in your freezer as soon as you buy it. When you need ice just pull out of freezer, stick and GO. I went for a walk and did my chores with my paincake on my back giving me comfort and relief.
Highly recommend this product.
Loved that I could just peel and stick on my lower back rather than having to use a strap around my waist.
