After years of playing competitive sports, I struggled with a torn rotator cuff,
meniscal tears, piriformis syndrome, bicep & tricep tendonitis, plus constant
neck and back pain. My trainer’s advice was… Icing. A lot of icing!
The problem was, I dreaded it. Icing frustrated me. It felt like a BIG waste of my time.
Packs never stayed where I needed them, they fell off, water dripped down my leg.
I really don’t have the patience to sit still long enough to reap the benefits.
I had a freezer-full of ice packs I never used. PAINCAKES were born out of
frustration and the need for a better solution.
We’ve reinvented the cold pack! PAINCAKES have changed the way I recover
and I’m confident they’ll change your recovery process as well.
