It's handy and sized well to use it for small affected area properly. However, it does not stay cold enough for longer duration that you will want.

After trying PAINCAKES Mini Cold Packs, I have to say I’m not greatly impressed. They don’t stay cold long enough. I appreciate that you can reuse them but after removing it, it felt a lot less sticky so I’m not sure just how many times they truly can be reused. The price is way too high for me. Not that I can’t afford them but they just did not work well enough for me to actually purchase these. The colors are fun. It helped for about 15 minutes with my hip pain. Pain cakes that chill sticks and go is absolutely amazing. Nothing like having a cold pack while your on the go and it stays in place. Since using it has definitely helped on my knee. I received PAINCAKES Mini Cold Packs as a sample to try, and so far, I'm really happy with their performance. I'm just tickled at the size, which is perfect for targeted cooling relief. All the other cold packs I've ever used were just too big for what I needed. The sticky surface is really handy; I don't have to sit still while it's in use. I’ve had pains in my shoulders for years and have never found anything that will help with swelling or pain. This product was very easy to use and apply. I really enjoy that it has a sticky part that you can reuse over and over. That comes in handy for when you do need that cold pack. Only negative I’ve found was after using I got in the shower a few hours later and felt some pain in the same spot I had the pack. I think it might’ve given me slight freezer burn on my skin. I received a sample of Pain Cakes to try and I found this to be small in size, about size of Salonpas. I am happy about the reusable sticker. I'm not sure how many times I can reuse the sticker. This pain cakes was helpful on my shoulder. I put one on my shoulder and one on my stomach for cramps. Works wonderful.

These Paincakes are pretty good! I recently sprained my ankle and needed something to help with the swelling. I was tired of holding ice packs or wrapping them with bandages, so I decided to give these a try. I was pleasantly surprised! They stick really well and stay in place, which is a huge plus. I could actually move around without worrying about it falling off. They definitely provided some relief from the pain and swelling.
The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because after using it maybe 20 times, the stickiness isn't quite as strong as it was initially. It still works, but I can tell it won't last for the full 100 uses advertised. However, for the price, I think they're a great value and I would definitely buy them again. I used my pain cakes for my lower back pain. It was awesome that I could rather a specific area and put it right there. After a few minutes it felt better. I just put my pain cake back in the paper asks back in the freezer. Ready for next time. I love this!

I really like this product. We have always used ice packs for various reasons-injuries, headaches, muscle aches, etc. The Paincakes stick to your skin and allow you to have an ice pack you don;t have to physically hold in place. It's a great idea and it does work well. My son twisted his ankle at lacrosse practice and this was the first use of the Paincake. Perfect--it stayed on and helped ease the pain.

This is a nifty little product. I have used ice packs my whole life for various ailments. As great and simple as they are, they can sometimes be awkward to sue depending where you want to use it. These are great in that they stick onto your body. So if you're arm needs some ice, you can just stick it on, instead of having to try to find a way to lay down and balance it on you. I was having issues with my lower back and was quite uncomfortable when sitting at my desk for extended periods of time. I tried a Paincake and love how well it stuck to the specific area. It's always so difficult with an ordinary ice pack to get it to stay on the area you need it most without it sliding around or falling off. These definitely solve that problem since they stick right to the direct area you place them. I love how easy it is to freeze them, clean them, and apply them. They work great, nice and cold and very convenient

While suffering from a headache, I decided to try the PAINCAKES Large Reusable Cold Pack on the back of my neck, where I was feeling the most pain. It is now my favorite way to help with headaches because I was able to continue using my computer because of the adhesive on the Paincake and the size was perfect. After more than 15 minutes of use it was still plenty cold and I put it back in the freezer for the next use.
