I was having issues with my lower back and was quite uncomfortable when sitting at my desk for extended periods of time. I tried a Paincake and love how well it stuck to the specific area. It's always so difficult with an ordinary ice pack to get it to stay on the area you need it most without it sliding around or falling off. These definitely solve that problem since they stick right to the direct area you place them. I love how easy it is to freeze them, clean them, and apply them. They work great, nice and cold and very convenient

While suffering from a headache, I decided to try the PAINCAKES Large Reusable Cold Pack on the back of my neck, where I was feeling the most pain. It is now my favorite way to help with headaches because I was able to continue using my computer because of the adhesive on the Paincake and the size was perfect. After more than 15 minutes of use it was still plenty cold and I put it back in the freezer for the next use.

These PAINCAKES® Mini Cold Packs worked excellent on my sore muscles. Love how convenient and precise size helps target specific areas of pain. Just place mini cold packs into the freezer for an hour to chill. Clean your skin, remove the protective wrap and apply. The gel is still flexible after being frozen. I used after I accidentally hit my knee with a hard corner causing an inflammation they came on handy. The stay in place without the need to be holding or wrapping an ice pack like others I use to used. Plus they are reusable too up to 100 times with the residue free back. Pain cakes are a game changer for me. I often use ice packs for different reasons and Pain cakes are sticky on one side making it easy to give relief anywhere hands free, I'm able to sit at my desk and do work with my hands available for any task. They stick securely and firmly. You simply place them in the freezer for an hour or so and use as needed, they are reusable so be sure to keep the covering for the sticky side until next use. Super little pain reliever. First try was on my knee and it didnt stick real well because of the bending. Second try was on my neck and it worked great to relieve the pain! I will be able to use the same one over and over which makes me very happy!

This was the first time I'd tried PainCakes. The patches are a good size for smaller aches or areas. My dad used the blue one on his elbow and I used the purple one on my neck. I liked that the patches were easy to apply. They didn't cause any skin irritation or shift after applying. The pads freeze quickly and warm at a steady pace on the skin. They offered a cooling relief to the area. I would gladly purchase other sizes of PainCakes in the future.

I received a free sample of Paincakes from Smiley360 in exchange for my honest feedback. I was very excited about receiving this product because my husband has a few medical issues that require him to use ice packs a lot. One of the harder things to do is have the ice pack stay in the area in which you need it. These paincakes are awesome because you just stick them on wherever your pain is and they actually stay. I also like the size in which they come and am definitely going to be purchasing the other sizes that are available! I wasn't sure if they would restick after that first use, but they do no problem!

I was excited to try these bc I just had elbow surgery for tendinitis. They are the perfect size to cover my elbow and stick to my skin really well. And on that note, be careful the first few times you use them when they are super sticky….it actually hurt quite a bit pulling it off. They remain cold for a decent amount of time given their small size. I like that you can just replace the protective film over the sticky area and stick it right back in the freezer without having to wash it.
