Please do not accept damaged cartons if you receive a shipment from PainCakes. If you notice any damage to the cartons, please refuse the delivery while noting the reason for refusal, and immediately get in touch with our customer service team at 800-526-8051. PainCakes requires authorization for all other returns in advance. Please note that special orders, disposable items, and discontinued merchandise cannot be canceled and are non-returnable.
You can return items purchased from PainCakes.com within xx days of receipt, provided that they are in new condition and their original packaging is intact. Any shipping shortages must be claimed within 5 days of your receipt date.
PainCakes must receive all returns in a saleable condition, and no credit will be issued for items with altered retail packaging. This includes any stickers, markings, or damage to the package, as well as visibly aged or yellowed packaging.
Please note that PainCakes does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Call PainCakes at (800)526-8051 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
2. Obtain a return authorization number from one of our support representatives.
3. Follow the instructions provided by the representative to return your unused item.
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in new condition and can be returned to inventory. If approved, we will refund your original payment method, minus restocking fees, within one week. Please note that different payment companies have varying processing times, so it may take up to 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
We want to ensure you have a great experience with us, even if you need to return an item.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully review and inspect it. If the item can be returned to our inventory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus restocking fees) within one week.
Please keep in mind that some payment companies take a bit longer to confirm payments, so the refund may take 3-5 days to show up on your bank statement. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Any deliveries refused upon arrival will be refunded minus shipping costs.
