I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. This pain cakes cold pack is great. I placed it in the freeze for about 4 hours and then when it was ready i took it out to use. I like that it was cold and stayed cold for roughly 4 hours as well. I love that it can be reused with the sticky part, just place the plastic cover back on and put back in the freezer until ready to use the next time!#ad #freesample
I was skeptical about the adhesive feature of these Paincakes, but it turns out it is quite helpful if you don't want to fatigue yourself by holding an icepack in place. However, be aware that the Mini size is REALLY small...like barely bigger than an Oreo cookie. When would you have a pain in need of ice that was so small? A toothache, maybe?

Pain cakes work great. They are easy to apply and stay in place providing long lasting pain relief. They help stop swelling, too. These are wonderful help for the whole family. I highly recommend them.
This felt so nice and soothing on my neck after a long day at work. It was nice to have a hands free, no nonsense with ice packs and soggy towels pain relief. I was able to just relax and let it do it's job.

Place in freezer for an hour and it's ready to use. It's compact and love that it is reusable,and added bonus. It's comfortable and relieve the pain. I highly recommend this fantastic product.
